Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is complimentary and can be done in person or virtually.
This is not needed if you are referred by a provider.

In-Clinic Treatment
Each 90-minute treatment session is $400.00.
First Responders will receive a 20% discount on all services.

At-Home Treatment Program
The Ketamine prescription is $250.00 per month.
You can use your personal health insurance at the
pharmacy which may reduce this cost.

Payment Options
You may use debit, credit, or cash. We also gladly accept HSA/FSA cards.
We are unable to directly bill insurance companies; however, we can provide you with an itemized statement for you to submit for reimbursement. Please consult your insurance provider to determine if reimbursement is an option.
