Getting Started with Your Ketamine Therapy

Before starting ketamine therapy, we will need information on mental health medications, therapies, and your medical history to ensure ketamine therapy is right for you.

You can self-refer or have a medical or mental health provider send a referral. Once we have this information, we can schedule an appointment.

If you have any questions, we can coordinate a phone call or answer your questions in person.


Self- Referral

To self-refer, you will need to create a patient profile using our patient portal button down below.

The Patient Portal enables you to create your patient profile, access necessary forms, manage scheduling, and utilize private messaging.

Our intake forms will assist us in reviewing your current and past mental health treatments, along with your medical history, to determine if ketamine therapy is a safe and effective option for you.

Foundation

To start your initial session, we will go over your intake forms and discuss your current goals of therapy. We will go over past obstacles or difficulties with therapy and explain the flow of our sessions. All questions will be answered and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Growth

Most research shows that treatment plans with 1-2 treatments a week, scheduled about 3-4 days apart, for about 4-6 weeks show the most benefit in reducing severity of symptoms and best chance of remission from mental health disorders.

This schedule is not mandatory but serves as a helpful guideline. Once improvement is observed, sessions can be arranged less frequently and may occur only as necessary.

Some patients might continue with the original frequency, while others may only require occasional treatments every few months or annually.
