Dr. David Pheysey is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician who has been practicing in the Tri-cities since 2010.

I recognized the limited ability to truly help these patients while in the ED and started searching for ways to help prevent them from getting to the point of crisis. Austin Finch grew up in the Pacific Northwest and earned both a Master of Medical Sciences and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington. He has practiced medicine in California, Nevada, and Washington State, bringing a broad range of clinical experience to his patients. Having personally benefited from ketamine therapy during a challenging time in his life, Austin deeply understands its transformative potential and is passionate about helping others access this life-changing treatment.
